Menthol is infused into the tape to provide a refreshing cooling sensation.

Adults and children over 12 years. Children 12 years or younger: Ask a doctor.

Application tips

1. Clean the skin before application. Remove excess hair if needed.
2. Apply the tape 1 hour before activity.
3. Position the tape without overstretching it.
4. Leave the ends of the tape—the anchor points—unstretched.
5. Press down firmly after application.
6. Do not remove the tape when wet or in the shower.
7. Remove when dry.

Suggested wear time

• Up to 48 hours per application.
• Remove if skin irritation occurs.

Store in a cool, dry place in the original packaging.
