These Lidocaine patches have been a real relief for the discomfort in my ankle. They are easy to applythe backing peels off smoothly, and the patches stick securely in place. They start working within minutes and provide effective pain relief. Overall, they are convenient, fast-acting, and very helpful for managing localized pain.
4% lidocaine is the highest non-prescription strength you can get over the counter. I have really bad lower back pain and seek out anything to help. These patches are on the smaller side for me but they got the job done. The pain did lessen a bit for a noticeable 4 hours approximately.
I was able to wear it for the whole day and it did not peel or anything. The back of it that rubs against the clothes feel pretty smooth, like some sort of synthetic material, like polyester or something.
They come in a pack of 5 for total of 25 patches
Convenient size, 3x5". Thin, flexible and comfortable. They stick well and stay put even under clothes. They are easily removed without residue. The adhesive doesn't really hold up to removing and repositioning though. Scent free and non-irritating.
Works as well as any 4% lidocaine patch I have used and they last the work day or overnight.
Unusually these are packaged 5 to a foil pouch and, despite the product page saying "resealable pouch", they are not resealable. They are however easy to open, a welcome change from most.
Excellent value for a large package. Perfect for those that need these regularly.
Product of USA.
Works great! The patches are delivered in 5 foil packs with 5 patches in each foil pack. At a dollar a patch this isn't the cheapest pain relief but far from the most expensive. I wish the foil pouches were resealable, but I suspect if you need them, they will be used before they go bad. The application is straight forward, and we had no issues with adhesion. I simply can't find a good reason for taking away even one star.
I have plantar fasciitis and lidocaine patches are the best way for me to manage flare ups. I was actually having foot pain when my package was delivered, so the patch was on my foot within minutes of getting my box!
Inside the box - 5 foil packages, and there are 5 lidocaine patches in each foil pouch.
The patches themselves are thin, 3" x 5", just peel and stick. Slightly stretchy, easily applied to the skin. Noticed that it started working in just a few minutes. I like that these are thinner than some other patches that I've tried and will work well with wearing shoes. Twenty-five (25) patches come in this box, and that is a good amount that should last a while.
These are really nice patches. They are nice and big and they are super sticky. So sticky, that you really need to be careful when you`re putting it on because it`s going to stick to everything as you try.
The patches are very nice fabric feeling patch and is very thin. Easily worn, undetectable under clothing or even in my case on my leg under my boot. I have no idea that I`m wearing it except that the pain is subsided. No odors and is a nice bright white color so they aren`t too distracting under clothing.
I ordered and received the AI Patch Numbing Pain Relief 4% Lidocaine Patches. There are 5 lidocaine pouches in each of 5 sealed pouches for a total of 25 pouches in the box. Each patch is 3 inches x 5 inches. I really appreciate that there are no parabens in this lidocaine. Most other brand lidocaine patches that I have tried do contain this ingredient and it is something that I try to avoid. I appreciate the clean ingredients and the short list of ingredients in these patches. I also like that these patches contain 4% lidocaine which makes them as effective as others with the same amount of lidocaine. These are quality patches with clean ingredients and they are a good value for the money.
Five foil packs. Inside each foil packs is 5 patches. They are pliable. As you peel them off the plastic backing they practically slough off. They applied easily to skin even with hair. I put them on forearms and they stayed put for 6 hours before I sweat them off while working. $24.99 that's $1.00 a piece for localized pain relief that works well.
Works great! The patches are delivered in 5 foil packs with 5 patches in each foil pack. At a dollar a patch this isn't the cheapest pain relief but far from the most expensive. My adult daughter suffers from back pain and these work great for her. I wish the foil pouches were resealable, but I suspect if you need them, they will be used before they go bad. Application is straight forward, and we had no issues with adhesion. I simply can't find a good reason for taking away even one star.
I`ll start by saying that anyone with minor back or shoulder stiffness should check these out. They provide a nice feel and are really nice. The size is a perfect size to help with any area. These are designed to stay in place and not move around on you. I think that this is a great feature. I like that they stay in place, there is nothing worse than these sliding around on you. They do have an adhesive to keep them in the right spot.
These are designed for up to 12 hours of time. This amount of time is perfect for using this overnight, or during the work day. I like that they stay in place and not move around on you and that they stay in place for 12 hours. This is a perfect amount of time for someone who works long shifts and can not change these out. Or they could be used for a long road trip.
Over all a great value. You get a lot of these and they work well.
These patches are very flexible and stick well but they also come off easily. I left one on for about 8 hours and had no issues with it coming off. It helps with my pain as well as any other lidocaine patch I've used. I actually cut one in half since I was using it for a small area and it worked fine all the same. You get 5 sealed pouches with 5 patches each. The box recommends keeping them in a sealed package so I put them in a sandwich bag after opening. I think it's a good value since you get 25 patches and I like that they're made in the US. I recommend.
I tried these on my heat rashes because I found relief from using simple lidocaine cream but wanted the extra layer of protection.
These worked, but I didn't find the patches especially more effective than just using the cream. The "patch" suggest some kind of timed-release effect but I didn't experience that. Because of where I was applying them (lower stomach), I didn't think they worked that well however, I could see a greater value if my problem area was on a part of my body that was more in line with these rectangular patches. Still, when using on my most sensitive areas, I found these to be sticky enough to adhere to even areas that got sweaty and did indeed deliver the pain relief I was expecting.
I detected no unpleasant smell, they were certainly easy enough to use and I loved the quality of them being kept inside 5 different pouches to maintain freshness.
If you have topical skin problems and are seeking a value priced, cost effective way to help you with your pain, then I can recommend you try these.
I`ve been using these Pain Relief Patches with lidocaine for a bit now, and honestly, they`ve been pretty helpful. They come in a 3x5 size and a pack of 25, which will last a while. They stick really well, even on my arm, and actually stay in place without peeling off. I noticed a nice amount of pain relief not long after putting one on, and it definitely helped keep the pain under control so I could move around and get things done. After a couple of hours, I did start to feel a bit of burning or soreness where the patch was, so I took it off, but overall they work really well. They`re easy to use, effective, and a solid option to have on hand for those painful days.
** 11/11/2025 update: I'm coming back after using several of these patches to say that I feel when removing these, the adhesive is pretty strong and possibly too strong on say...an elderly person's fragile, thin skin. Please test one on yourself for 12 hours before using it on someone with compromised skin.
original review:
note: Stays adhered nicely unless you pull it off to readjust the placement.
The first time I used this patch on my knee, I was not impressed BECAUSE I removed it and placed it higher up on my knee. The edges rolled and peeled away, ending up stuck to my pants leg rather than my skin.
The next 3 trials, pleasantly surprised me and offered 3-4 hours of pain relief. They stayed adhered throughout.
I like the thin, stretchy material used for the patch. The are really comfy to wear & move with you.
I've had very painful heel pain for weeks. I took a chance knowing the bottom of the feet would be difficult to stay adhered to, especially during a 4 hour active work shift plus withstanding a shower afterwards.
I cut a patch in half and placed each on my heels. I put some socks on. I actually forgot I had them on until later I realized that I was walking without pain! These patches didn't come off until I pulled them off before bed.
Another trial, I attempted a knee patch again. It also offered relief for at least 4 hours (maybe longer...unsure, as I went to bed with it on).
*** It stayed in place until I pulled off. ~ I will say it tugged on my skin with some grip as I was removing it, however, I'm not sure I should've left it on for 13 + hours.
I`ve been using these patches for a few weeks now and they`ve made a huge difference in how I manage daily aches and pains since I am not taking a lot of antinflammatories like I used to, and my stomach is so grateful for it.
The 4% lidocaine is very effeective and it starts works pretty fast. how effectively it numbs the discomfort in my lower back and shoulders. The patches stick well without irritating my skin, and they`re thin enough to wear under clothes and I love that they don't have any stron smell, so I can use during the day to go to work.
The patches are very well-designed for ease of use. A notable feature is how thin the patches are, allowing them to conform smoothly and discreetly to the body. Upon application, there is an immediate and distinct cooling sensation; they feel quite cold when you first put them on. Which is a very refreshing and soothing initial experience.
This contains a generous quantity of 25 patches, each measuring 3" x 5". This size is versatile for covering different areas. The quality of the material is impressive, offering a flexible and low-profile feel that is comfortable to wear.
I'm really happy with these Lidocaine patches. Like many others, they're 4% lidocaine as an active ingredient. There aren't many other ingredients to worry about, other than the adhesive and polysorbate 80 (just an emulsifier that's in pretty much everything). The difference between lidocaine patches is more about the delivery and packaging. These are plentiful (25 in the box) and a great size - about the size of an index card. They are also wonderfully thin - so they will fit under your sock inside your shoe, for people that are using it for foot pain like I am. I've had good luck with them staying in place, and the pain relief is exactly what I needed.
Effective Topical Pain Relief Patches
These 4% Lidocaine patches are a game-changer for managing back, neck, shoulder, and joint discomfort. They adhere well and provide targeted relief, helping to dull pain quickly without the need for oral medication. The pack of 25 patches offers great value and ensures I have plenty on hand for ongoing relief. Easy to apply and remove, they don't cause irritation and are discreet under clothing. Highly recommend for anyone seeking fast, localized pain relief
I've been dealing with carpal tunnel for many years and had recently been having a very bad flare up, to the extent that I was having a hard time grasping things because the pain was so sharp. These patches helped ease the pain tremendously. I wouldn't say it eliminated it 100 percent, but it made it where I could at least operate my hand without wincing in pain. It gave me a bridge where I could avoid taking NSAIDs while I rested my hand to the extent possible and waited for the flare to dissipate. I appreciated having something I can lean on to relieve my pain other than systemic medication. I try to avoid taking OTC pain relievers when I can, so I'm going to be making sure I have these patches in my medicine cabinet for future flare-ups. They covered the area where I was dealing with pain without being overly large. They adhere to the skin easily while still being fairly easy to remove. I have sensitive skin, but I had a patch on the same area for about 30 hours (I reapplied a couple of times) and didnt experience any redness, itchiness, or rash. Since it was on my wrist, it got wet when I washed my hands but for the most part it stayed put. Only the corner that stretched out onto the middle of the back of my hands peeled up after hours of wear when I was going about my day, using my hands, and washing them frequently (I wash my hands a lot). It only left a little bit of adhesive on my skin when I removed the last one, and I found I was able to just remove it with a bit of rubbing with my fingers. The fabric backing of the patches is smooth and flexible, allowing for comfort during wear. I think these are worth trying for anyone who has localized pain. They are a good value considering how well they function to reduce pain, how comfortable they are to wear, and the very reasonable price per patch.
My wife is a nurse, and she said these bandages look just like the ones they use in the hospital. They are well packaged and come in thick aluminum foil pouches that are easy to open. It would be nice if the pouches were resealable, though. The box states to keep unused patches in an airtight container, so it would just make sense that the pouches would be resealable, but they are not.
The patches themselves work well. They are easy enough to put on, and they do help reduce mild pain.
