AI Classic Kinesiology Tape (Cotton)

• Each roll includes 20 pre-cut strips with rounded corners, measuring 2 in x 10 in (5.1 cm x 25.4 cm).
• Separate a strip from the roll and follow the application instructions for your chosen area. Full-size strips require no cutting.
• Wear for up to 3 days when applied as directed. Wear time varies with skin preparation, application and activity.

• do not bandage tightly
• avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• do not use at the same time as other topical analgesics
• do not remove when wet or directly after shower, allow to dry and then slowly remove
  

Directions: adults and children over 12 years (children 12 years or younger - ask a doctor).

• apply tape for up to 12 hours of wear time
• apply 1 strip at a time to the affected area, not more than 2 to 3 times daily
• store in a cool dry place, in a resealable bag

• Clean the skin prior to application
• Remove excess hair if needed
• Apply tape and press down firmly
• Do not overstretch the tape
• Do not stretch the ends of the tape (anchor points)
• Do not remove when wet or in the shower
• Remove when dry
