How to Use:

Apply to clean, dry skin along desired areas. Wear during activity or throughout the day. Remove when dry.

Caution:

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have skin sensitivities, any medical illness or condition, consult your doctor before use
• For external use only
• Avoid contact with eyes
• Do not apply to cuts, open wounds or damaged skin
• Do not use on the abdomen
• Do not bandage tightly
• Do not remove from skin when wet
• Keep out of reach of children
• Discontinue use if skin becomes irritated or sore
• If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician

Directions: adults and children over 12 years (children 12 years or younger - ask a doctor).

• Apply 1 hour before activity
• Clean the skin prior to application
• Remove excess hair if needed
• Apply tape and press down firmly
• Do not overstretch the tape
• Do not stretch the ends of the tape (anchor points)
• Do not remove when wet or in the shower
• Remove when dry

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry environment. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
