AI Tape Numbing + Pain Relief

The Active Ingredient (Lidocaine) in the Numbing + Pain Relief line provides temporary pain relief directly to the taped muscle or joint. The tape is designed to stay in place during activity and continue providing temporary pain relief during wear time.

Kinesiology tape plus lidocaine provides temporary relief from minor aches and pains in muscles and joints.  Enhanced with Arnica Montana, Magnesium, Glucosamine, and Ashwagandha to support an active lifestyle. Easy to apply and remove.

Active Ingredients:
Lidocaine 4% (Topical analgesic)

Inactive Ingredients:

Acrylic adhesive, Flaxseed oil, and Polysorbate 80

• use only as directed. Read and follow all directions and warnings on this carton
• do not bandage tightly
• avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• do not use at the same time as other topical analgesics
• do not remove when wet or directly after shower, allow to dry and then slowly remove
  

Directions: adults and children over 12 years (children 12 years or younger - ask a doctor).

• apply tape for up to 12 hours of wear time
• apply 1 strip at a time to the affected area, not more than 2 to 3 times daily
• store in a cool dry place, in a resealable bag
  
  
• Apply 1 hour before activity
• Clean the skin prior to application
• Remove excess hair if needed
• Apply tape and press down firmly
• Do not overstretch the tape
• Do not stretch the ends of the tape (anchor points)
• Do not remove when wet or in the shower
• Remove when dry
