Application tips

1. Clean and dry the skin before application. Remove excess hair if needed.
2. Apply the tape 1 hour before activity.
3. Position the tape along the desired area without overstretching it.
4. Leave the ends of the tape—the anchor points—unstretched.
5. Press down firmly after application.
6. Do not remove the tape when wet or in the shower.
7. Remove when dry.

Wear during activity or throughout the day. Discontinue use if irritation develops.

Store in a cool, dry environment. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
